HR Generalist (Internal)

As an HR Generalist at Dextra Outsourcing Solutions, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, VA relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall management of human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, candidate endorsement, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure timely communication with candidates.

2. Onboarding

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company

3. VA Relations

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff on quality assurance standards and practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to QA protocols.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate tracking of attendance and leave records.

5. Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

6. Performance Management

  • Support the performance review process, including scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining performance records.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate training programs.

7. Benefits Administration

  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs.
  • Provide support and assist with benefits-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role or a related position
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field

  • Willing to work under a US-based (PST) schedule
