Virtual Assistant (Partly On-Field)

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for one of our partners, with strong potential to grow into an Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, dependable, and demonstrates a high level of integrity in their work. This role will provide operational and logistical support to our partner in the execution of their responsibilities.

We are growing our digital marketing team and looking for a skilled Social media and Content Specialist to help shape our brand’s voice and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the client's schedule, bookings, and setting meetings with clients/brands/agencies
- Coordinating with editors, partners, and suppliers.
- Communicating professionally with clients and brand partners
- Following up on payments, invoices, and accounting requirements
- Compiling analytics reports for the client's social media campaigns
- Organizing digital files, project notes, and client/content calendars
- Light research and documentation
- Occasional assistance with social media uploads, message replies, and captions
- Occasional on-field work for shoots or events when needed
- Handling of logistical tasks for personal and professional aspects of the client's day-to-day
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is about the work — dependable, disciplined, delivers, and most importantly, is consistent
- Has integrity and respects confidentiality
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Photoshop, and/or similar platforms (proficient in AI-integrated workflows is a plus)
- Has a stable internet connection and can work independently
- Preferably based in Manila or the South area
- Pro-active in wanting to find ways to make things better and more efficient for the client and his professional day-to-day. Not just someone who waits for instructions on how to do things.
- Actively finds ways to improve current systems of the workflow.
- Understands or is willing to learn the skills and Psychology of negotiation. If you can manage to close more bookings and projects by communicating on the client’s behalf, then the client finds that extremely valuable. If this is learned or is something you can do consistently, the opportunity for growth professionally and financially for you will be worthwhile.
Work Setup
- Mostly remote with some on-field tasks for wedding fairs and errands
- Virtual and on-field to start, with the potential to grow into an Executive Assistant role

Work Environment
