Social Media & Content Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media and content specialist who can produce engaging content

across various digital platforms. This role includes video editing, graphic design, copywriting, and content scheduling, with the

goal of driving engagement and supporting overall marketing efforts.

We are growing our digital marketing team and looking for a skilled Social media and Content Specialist to help shape our brand’s voice and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging ad graphics/videos for campaigns and promotions
  • Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Write engaging captions, copy, and product/event descriptions that align with brand voice
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support the execution of content strategies that increase engagement and reach
  • Assist in maintaining the content calendar and ensuring consistent posting
  • Skilled in repurposing content into case studies and blog posts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva)
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media and marketing content
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
  • Previous experience in outsourcing or project-based content creation is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A portfolio of previous work to be submitted with the application is a must

  • Internet speed minimum requirement of 50mbps
