We are looking for a highly motivated and clinically experienced Client Success Manager (USRN) to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring healthcare clients—particularly in wound care, home health, and related clinical services—receive outstanding support, value, and strategic guidance throughout their engagement with us.
The ideal candidate brings together strong clinical knowledge as a U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) and experience in account management or healthcare service delivery. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing personalized support, addressing clinical and operational needs, and identifying opportunities for continuous
improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and client health assessments.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs to provide tailored solutions.
2. Clinical Consulting & Support:
- Use your USRN clinical expertise to advise clients on workflow optimization, care standards, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on best practices in patient care and healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that services align with clinical and operational expectations.
3. Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and timely go-lives.
- Guide clients through implementation, training, and early adoption stages.
- Monitor performance metrics and address issues proactively to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Client Growth & Retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and performance.
- Support client renewal processes by highlighting value delivered and ROI.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention.
5. Issue Resolution & Support Coordination
- Act as the client advocate by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating support across internal teams.
- Troubleshoot problems related to staffing, operations, or communication breakdowns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and track key success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (USRN) license (required).
- 2+ years of clinical experience is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success (healthcare-related services preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
