We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in driving sales performance by supporting lead generation, assisting with client engagement, and streamlining internal sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in U.S. healthcare-specifically within the skin graft and wound care industry-and be well-versed in reimbursement processes, order workflows, and client communications.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to solving client inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Voice) to manage sales processes and maintain client records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services effectively, with an emphasis on explaining the skin graft process and reimbursement policies.
  • Clearly communicate our positioning in the market as a non-white-label distributoг.Support the QA program by helping clients understand internal quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and communications within the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in US healthcare, preferably in home health or skin graft reimbursements.
  • Solid understanding of skin graft workflows, from order to reimbursement.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Voice).Background in quality assurance or audit support.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
