The Transaction Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all accounting-related processes within the brokerage. This position requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to handle agent inquiries, manage financial documentation, and maintain compliance with brokerage standards

We are growing our digital marketing team and looking for a skilled Social media and Content Specialist to help shape our brand’s voice and online presence.
Responsibilities
1. Communication & Inquiry Management
- Manage the brokerage's primary email inbox to ensure all agent and Transaction Coordinator inquiries are addressed within the same business day.
2. Financial Documentation
- Prepare and generate Agent Statements and Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) at least one week in advance
- Respond accurately to all billing, commission, and payment-related inquiries
3. Escrow & Transaction Liaison
- Coordinate with escrow companies and Transaction Coordinators to confirm transaction details, validate fees, and provide accurate commission wire instructions.
4. Transaction Data Oversight
- Maintain accurate transaction records in BrokerMint through systematic data validation and timely follow-ups using templated communications.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting support, real estate operations, or transaction coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM and brokerage management systems (BrokerMint experience is a
- plus).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the operations team.
