- Address and resolve client concerns promptly
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless client support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales with strong relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
