You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
2. People Management
- Act as a liaison between VAs and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular engagement initiatives and activities for individual contractors.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in managing VAs performance.
4. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate VAs development programs.
- Encourage continuous learning and skill development among VAs.
5. HR Policies and Compliance
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments to identify potential patient safety issues.
- Implement and monitor corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve patient safety.
6. Benefits Administration
- Establish and manage VAs benefits programs.
- Communicate and educate VAs on available benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
