We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Representative based in the Greater Los Angeles area to join our growing team. This is an in-office and field-based role, requiring daily presence in the office as well as consistent in-person engagement with prospective clients throughout the local market. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and representing Dextra Outsourcing Solutions with professionalism and confidence. You will play a key role in educating potential clients on the value of virtual assistant outsourcing and delivering tailored, scalable solutions aligned with their operational and growth needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-based sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct 2–15 business visits per day, including cold visits, scheduled meetings, and follow-ups
- Deliver professional consultations and presentations to educate prospects on outsourcing and VA staffing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking in the CRM
- Attend local industry events, conferences, and networking activities within the Los Angeles area
- Collaborate with internal operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline health
- Maintain strong knowledge of company services, outsourcing best practices, and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Background in staffing, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working from an office with ability to travel locally within the LA area for client meetings and events
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
- Strong business acumen with a consultative selling approach
- US-based candidate residing in the Los Angeles metropolitan area
