We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Training & Development Officer (Registered Nurse) who can design, deliver, and manage impactful training programs for our Virtual Assistants (VAs) and internal teams. This role combines healthcare expertise with instructional design, ensuring our people are equipped to deliver top-quality service to clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver onboarding and role-specific training programs for VAs and internal hires
- Create and update learning materials, modules, and e-learning resources
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and upskilling initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track outcomes for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align training with business goals.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license
- 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design
- Strong background in module creation, facilitation, and healthcare-related training
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in outsourcing or the VA industry is a plus
Requirements:
- Laptop specifications or personal computer
- Processor (Intel Core i5, i7, i9 or AMD Ryzen series)
- Minimum of 8GB Memory (RAM)
- Dual monitor (not required)
- High-quality headset for clear communication
- Webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration
- Backup equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Internet speed minimum requirement of 50mbps
Work Environment
